Im beginning to think that apex only gives you heirloom shards when you open the packs in bulk like i have been playing since the day one and i havent got it yet. sad

Sure seems like it. I'd try tracking your packs. I track mine just counting down by 500 and it gives you a rough idea of when to expect one

I got a single apex pack after ranking from bronze to silver. And I got my first heirloom. Today, sadly I can’t use my heirloom shards because I want the octane recolor so I guess I will have to wait. Edit: I didn't wait and got the octane original heirloom 😁
