Nope. Shimo can literally freeze Godzilla over, stopping him right at his tracks. Shimo also has immense strength, being able to fling Kong around with ease. She also tanked blasts from Godzilla's Evolved atomic breath with no visible damage. Godzilla may not end up dead, but certainly defeated.
