Using the Bar Sensei barbell instant tracker in power clean strength training. After the A2P Sport app countdown (or the dismiss button) the athlete is prompted by the Ding / Flash to make the lift. Complete the power clean, bring the barbell back down and get back into the ready position for the next rep. The module will report peak speed, average speed and average power.
