    • I used to be one of those people who wouldn't step out of the house without a full face of makeup on, even to go to the mail box 😂 then I one day I realized I was spending too much money on makeup and also wearing more makeup that I needed. So z I started to focus on skin care, cut back on sugar, dairy, among other not so healthy foods, and boom my skin transformed to the point that I don't need foundation anymore. It takes time to gain that confidence, but once you do is liberating.
