GTA 6 getting announced in a reply to a tweet is the most 2023 thing I’ve ever seen.
Only it was announced years ago. This was only an announcement for the trailer and it's a reply to their own tweet, which makes it kind of a thread. Just saying.

@@YOUNGJBRBasically i did some digging, And I found out The Next GTA Game is 8th in the main series, with GTA IV being the 6th installment aka GTA 6, the next GTA Game in the main series will be Dubbed GTA 8,HOWEVER if we count the Stories Prequel and the episodes of liberty city games, The Next GTA Installement is Dubbed GTA 12, futhermore, there's been 16 GTA Games, The Next GTA Game is the 17th in the series aka GTA 17
I think rockstar is one of the few studios with the potential to live up to this insane hype, but I'd say to keep expectations reasonable. Too much hype can only lead to dissapointment, keep expectations reasonable and let yourself be pleasantly surprised if its even better.
For a game that have been in devlopment for over 10years. It bether be good 😂 But for me i feel it isent going to live up to the hype. Feel it is going to be to simulere to gta 5. And for me i was hoping for a new setting and not vice city. But i hope i ame wrong. Hoping on realistic police. With even speed controlls etc. And good car handeling and customation. Good destruction on car etc.😅

When everyone knows a Live Service game is being developed with the idea of generating constant revenue, it gives me the impression that that's all the reason why I have to play the game. I just want a game, I don't want to pay you 10x the money for one game, when I can just buy 10 games.

Yes, also I wanna unlock cosmetics by playing not by paying and gambling. Skins in MW2 2009, emblems and title cards were a sign of skill and completed challenges. Now these things are a sign of gambling addiction.

The trailer is going to display the voice of the protagonist, the world they created, and NPC’s doing what they’re programmed to do. That’s always been their pattern.
I was starting my Senior year of highschool when GTA V released and finishing up college with RDR2 released. I can't imagine what chapter of life I'll be in wherever they inevitably release RDR3. 😂

12 live service games from sony is the equivalent of throwing all the darts at once and hoping one sticks. Best bet is for them to cancel half of them, then take the other half and cancel 3 more. I just love when companies like WB double down and say they dont care if we dont want live service games, because that arrogance will bit them in the ass when sales tank and they'll learn the hard lesson SE had to with Marvel Avengers.

GTA 6 trailer will follow the pattern rockstar has. First will show some enviroments, a relaxing music and the voiceover of one of the protagonists or both, some months later they will show something action packed with more details on the protagonists, some more months later they will show a trailer more focused on the story. It's they style for a long time now. A "flashy teaser" to start is their way for sure.

I have no problem at all with games being delayed. It's become too common these days for games to be rushed to meet deadlines, them completely bomb in the ratings because of excessive bugs, glitches, and missing or broken features. Many gamer's out there won't give the title a second chance after a horrible launch and then dozen's of hot fixes and patches. It's better to extend the launch date and do it right the first time.

It's barely common in the slightest. I can think of maybe 3 games in the past couple of years.
Always remember, Rockstar delayed RDR2 a few times. So whatever first release date we get, it is most likely gonna change. Not a bad thing if it leads to more polish, but just keep it in mind

If GTA6 gets an online mode (no doubt given how GTA5 online went) and it keeps the low system requirements it will be massive. A big part of what has kept people playing GTA5 is the ability to run on varied hardware. Throughout the great GPU drought you could still rock GTA5 on your GTX 970, RX 580, GTX 1050ti, etc. The drought may be over but the economy has kept many from upgrading parts so it's still an important factor.
There is no "if". GTA6 will have online.

I wonder what direction they will go with this one. 4 n 5 were just masterpieces in terms of their engines and gameplay. Do we have 3 protagonists or just one. Learning the way of the Samurai is not falling into the world of being an assassin. Ghost of Tsushima taught that pretty well. I imagine the new assassins creed will be very loosely based off real life events.
honestly feel like ubisoft are too late to the boat, was a exciting idea maybe ten years ago, but now there has been so many great modern samurai games (sekiro/nioh/got) that I don't think they would be able to compete mechanics wise

Live action Legend of Zelda sounds awesome, but it really depends what direction they go, especially with some of the confusing canon and the different Links and blah blah..is it going to just be a one off story, or based on actual events from the games and stay in line with them somehow

Gta 6. All it will be is, a cinematic video of locations with people walking about, cars, boats, planes and the different weather systems. And when the games released the graphics wont look anything like the trailors because they always use the top of the range graphics card.

They actually don’t use top of the range graphics cards. From the dev leaks we say them using 2070s and 3060s. One of the clips looked amazingly realistic and in the corner you can see him using a 2070.

Everything Rockstar games shows in it's trailers is always in game engine footage. It might not necessarily be gameplay but it will all be in engine. That's what they've always done. There won't be any downgrades.

From what we know from the GTA VI gameplay leak... it sounds like the game is making a huge leap in every area. The graphical leap is supposedly bigger than between GTA V and RDR2. something like that is mind blowing. From the gameplay shown, I'm really hyped for the game. because this is factual information about the game. Of course, something may change during development... but some of it will be in the game. and there are some cool things about it.
For me rdr2 is itself perfect and cannot be improved in gameplay. I cannot even imagine gta 6 which is gonna be better than rdr2

The problem with live service games is that you need to keep churning interest, content and something that the community buys into. In the modern world peoples likes and wants change at less than an hours notice, hence why chunks of these games fail. Apex is a classic in terms of it dropped, was catchy, well polished on day 1, and many bought into it and bought into the transactional elements, personally I enjoyed it, but didn't get into buying stuff. So they made no money from me.
If it's live service I'm out, don't do online.

The Switch feels like it’s one of the few consoles I can recall where the company is like “we’re still dedicated to this current console” and us fans are like “we really don’t want you to be. It’s okay Nintendo. It’s time.”

Honestly GTA 6 while I'm looking forward to it, it also makes me kinda sad because after an amazing 1 or 2 months of playing it, we can wait another 5-10 years until the next Rockstar game? I was 16 when GTA 5 came out, 26 now. How old will I be when GTA 7 comes out, will it even be relevant for me? It's sad because a new Rockstar game came out almost every single year up until 2013 and then it just stopped completely.
If rockstar released gta every year or every two years, people would get bored. Quality over quantity.
I was born In 91, I remember waiting for San Andreas to come out after getting GTA 3 on ps2 for Christmas years before. Life is perpetually waiting for the next GTA game. It’s what keeps the human race moving forwards haha

All I can tell you is take your time playing GTA 6 and the online mode get the most out of it seeing how long gta 5 was milked down we are in the same age group so I can relate especially with the next entry GTA 7
@@TitanSSSigmaI know, the quality is through the roof with RDR2 and it's amazing. But it's also kinda sad because there were more Rockstar IPs than only GTA and Red Dead. Now with all the time and money they're investing, it's hard to believe they're gonna bring back one of their other IPs since GTA and RDR are the most successful. Hopefully A.I. will make development easier and faster in the near future. I'd also argue while yes, RDR2 is truly next level in terms of quality, but GTA 4 episodes from liberty city, L.A. noire, RDR1, Max Payne 3, GTA 5 all came out back to back from 2009-2013. You can't tell me that they can't squeeze in some smaller game like Bully 2 in between the next bigger releases.

Theres been some suggestion from hiring ads that Wonder Woman is indeed a live service. It was reported a couple of places today.
I am surprised to see them tell the story of Yasuke. (Yaske The "u" is silent here) A interesting story that took place during the Sengoku period. No one knows what happened to Yasuke. The church might have had Yasuke join the church or was able to live a peaceful life away from Japan as some stories say that the church was relived to see that Yasuke was safe.
I was betting that we wouldn't see GTA 6 is 2024. Now I"m as close to 100% sure as possible that GTA 6 is going to be a fall 2025 release. Most every major title from R* carries about 18-24 months between first real announcement and release.
no rockstar already reported that they plan on making $8 billion between next year and spring of 2025 so if anything this game is most definitely coming out between that time frame you're not getting it in the fall of 2025 if they're promising investors 8 billion before then lol

I remember when Nintendo said the switch wasn't replacing the DS and they would still supoort and make games for it. Then a few months later they announced that they were stopping production of the DS. So they'll probably start selling the switch 2 in December.

One thing I'm pretty confident about, is that GTA 6 will be a finished and polished game at launch, or at least, MUCH MORE than any other games released in the last 3 years.
I've doubts regarding that. Post rdr2 Rockstar hasn't been the same.
@@bruhder5854 You're talking about the "Remakes"? I don't know, I feel like Rockstar fears the "Cyberpunk" effect where the hype goes of the rail and that's why they've been pretty silent so far for GTA 6, taking their time to make sure it's ready. But that might just be wishful thinking, IDK haha

Lel, but had been cool with a close released date. Sins the game have been in devlopment for 10+years. But most likely a release at the end off 2024. But if you play on pc it probley 2025..😢
While the gameplay for the female ninja sounds more my speed, I would be interested in playing the black samurai. _If_ I pick the game up, I'll definitely play both. I haven't played an AC in a while, though...

I think if Hogwarts Legacy was taken more seriously as an RPG, I 100% believe it can be turned into a full-fledged multi year live service MMORPG. Imagine if you could create a character and start from year 1 with your friends? Then, have the story missions line up with each big content drop, which would essentially be the "next year" of school. That's at minimum 7 years of content and then on top of that have "seasonal" updates where the school year visibly looks different with minimum but consistent content drops throughout the year. I'm not 100% sure how to monetize it, maybe with pvp battles or quiddtich mode that could be tied into a battle pass. Don't yell at me either lmao I'm not a huge live service games person but imo I think "the Wizarding world" has so much potential, and if handled properly, I think they could make good and consistent content/money.

About the Switch 2 feedback, he said the information was not accurate which is different from not true. This could mean some of the rumors were true, but some information being not accurate, maybe dlss 3.5 being 3.1 or something, or something completely different. We'll see next year...

I really appreciate that Jake doesn't upspeak, talk down, or use an annoying radio voice. One of the few youtube voices that just sounds like your friend telling you about some cool stuff.

Neither can I! I waited years for it to release, and I still haven't played it... Now that I have a 4090 to run it modded out with those crazy graphics mods definitely doing it ASAP

I love every Gameranx video but the Friday news just slaps!!! I'm way past caring about GTA6, I'll play it when it releases but until then I'm not bothered about it. Currently playing : Forza Motorsport and Jusant. I'm going to download Wild Hearts and the MGS collection at some point this weekend.
