When I went to Italy for the 1st and only time to date, I visited Rome, Venice, Pisa, and Florence. By far, I fell in love with Florence; its history, food, and people. Since, I've supported Fiorentina as my favorite Italian club. During my summer there, I purchased a Mohammed Salah #77 jersey. Great times! I hope they win the Coppa Italia vs Inter this season. 24 months is nothing! Rangers went from champions of Scotland to the 3rd Division in the space of 12 months, and we've spent the last 44 months since climbing back up the leagues! Massive respect to the Fiorentina fans though, it's horrible to have your club ruined.

+AirRaid1196 The city is lovely, but the atmosphere inside the ground isn't very good. This is probably because the away end was so far away from the Fiorentina Ultras. If you are going to a game, I recommend going with the Ultras, as anywhere else is quite dull.
Don't listen to this spurs fan! It is true that the atmosphere this February against Tottenham wasn't electric, but it was the worst period of the year where supporters were strongly criticizing the club for a poor Mercato in January ( Fiorentina was on top in the first match of 2016, and the club didn't anything to reinforce the squad with new players to keep fighting for the title ). As its not the first time that this happens in Florence, supporters were ( and still are ) really deluded and angry, this resulted in a almost empty stadium against Tottenham and a poor atmosphere ! But I can assure you, there some matches were the atmosphere is phenomenal, with a full stadium ( 40 up to 45 thousands people ) supporting, screaming and singing for 90 minutes! In particular I recommend you: Fiorentina - Juventus / Fiorentina - Roma / Fiorentina - inter !
