Before I watched this video, I regularly used stuff like the weeping vine clutch in Bedrock and it worked so I think you just mistimed most of the test jumps.

In the test jumps bed and java versions have different hitboxes maybe try landing in the middle of cobs and berries and with vines get more closer to it
Unfortunately cobwebs and sweet berries doesn't work on Bedrock since they behave more realistic, they doesn't cancel the fall damage, just slow you down and 1 block of them doesn't come enough to slow down that much of a falling speed

The Quark mod has emotes and there's also a mod Inspirations for dyable cauldrons. Every difference bedrock can be fixed in Java with mods or data packs
