  • Well, Chandler is tailor made for Conor. Short guy, short reach, wants to throw down while neglecting his defense instead of using his wrestling and didnt give two fucks about getting hit. Thats the perfect receipt when you want to get knocked out by McGregor.

Look at all the damage fighters like Donald Cerrone or Tony Ferguson took after having a lot of fights. Look at Justin Gaethje now with his nose and KO. These fighters leave a piece of themselves in the ring each time. Tell me which fighter between McGregor or Chandler has had more head damage. Chandler is dreaming if he thinks he's the fresher fighter.

    • @@HarveyWilhelm think about what you just said. Hes beat alvarez, ferguson, dan hooker, henderson, almost KOd oliviera and beat many other names in MMA. He is in the most stacked and challenging division in the UFC. I think losing doesn't mean anything because they are the best fighters in the world. Now people like islam and oliviera who have dominated the division is a whole another thing. Chandler just wants this fight because he is on his way out the door close to retiring. What does anyone want before retirement? A big payout which mcgregor surely will bring because not only mma fans like myself will watch but people who dont watch UFC at all will be buying and watching just because of his name. Huge payout for chandler so he really won't need to fight again. He deserves it because of TUFF season. McGregor hasn't beat a contender since obama was in office bro, he beat cerrone in 2019 or 2020 dont remember but he was washed already. I think chandler dominates and itll show how competitive and strong he is

You have to go to Bellator to see him win any fights he may beat Connor but top 5 in lw division he had no chance to even get a shot. What rank is Connor right now. What will a win over Connor do for him. Nothing the fight means nothing and he already lost before the fight the money he could have made instead of waiting. What will a win over a washed up Connor do for him. 0 NOTHING NADA the fight at 170 means nothing in any division

  • In a fight we know better than to ever count anyone out, especially mcgregor - it should be fun to watch. I doubt the leg is an issue, i had a similar injury myself in France but mine was twice the break at least as my leg went 360 degree round itself and my foot nearly fell off if it wasn't for skin and muscle etc holding it on, my bone came out through my ankle and also out below my knee and between the two compounds it was like a crushed biscuit on the x-ray, they rodded me from the knee down and my leg is stronger than ever - not knowing how far up his leg the break stopped i wonder did they rod him or use external fixings and allow his bone to heal naturally? I would hope he was pinned and plated at least. If he went through surgery and had metal i believe the strength is better based on my own experience at least

  • Chandler fought everyone else going forward in a ‘fire fight’ calls out mcgregor and basically says he’s going to wrestle him. He’s clearly not that confident he can beat him on the feet. No one wants to see him wrestle mcgregor, I know it’s about getting the W but the reason people love him is his reckless fight style, he gets the fight and now says he’ll wrestle him 😅 fuck sake

    @nash06@nash06Ай бұрын
    • Chandler doesn't necessarily mean 100% wrestling focus. Mixing in takedowns, takedown threats and putting McGregor on the ground in bottom position eating GnP is a smart strategy especially since McGregor tends to gas early and wrestling is way more tiring than striking. The question is whether Chandler can control his penchant for a striking brawl vs. employing a mixed martial arts brawl approach where he has better odds. Straight striking match favors McGregor given the reach advantage, better accuracy and a history of landing big counter-punches on opponents who leave themselves open by winging big punches.
