Drake's mansion is one of the most incredible architectural projects you might ever witness, however that isn't to say that some of its features aren't downright stupid. This video will go over the entire start to finish construction process that Drake went through with Ferris Rafauli, to build the incredible house.
This is, Drake's Mansion Is Both Amazing & Awful
Thank you guys for watching, like and sub if you enjoyed, SunnyV2

  • I have an extremely wealthy family member by marriage who has a house like this in the Hamptons. Every time we stay there it's almost stressful how big it is, how many landscapers, chefs, fitness trainers, security, nannies and random employees they have walking around. It just feels eerie and huge and there's a whole family living there. I can't imagine a house that big for just me, especially since it's so hard to trust anyone.

    • Those kinds of neighbourhoods are a special demographic and clientele that enjoy over-sized tacky monstrosities. Gold, black, gold, black, leopard print, gaudy marble. There are much finer homes in places like upstate New-York with history for under ten million. There's a reason why that home at the end has been on the market for three years - they're just waiting for the next nouveau riche sucka to come along.

    • I've lived in neighborhoods like that. Shaq was down the street, Tiger Woods, lots of professional athletes lived in the same neighborhood. You're right, it's unnerving and you never really feel like you have the place to yourself. When 90% of the activity within the neighborhood is house maids and landscapers, it gives a sort of depressing tone to it all.

Ferris Rafauli is in the works of building an even bigger more extravagant home in the bridle path that is suppose to dwarf even Drakes house. That property im speaking of. The clients paid $45 million dollars for a renowned mansion and tore the entire thing down. They then bought the lot next door so they have a double lot. I've heard they're trying to get permits to build a 90,000SQFT palace on the lots. Yes, you read that correctly. The wealth in Toronto is insane. Almost feels richer then Beverly Hills at times.!*

  • I think the worst thing about this mansion is that it's tailored specifically for Drake. Not that that's the issue. The issue is in reselling. Long after Drake is gone, it's quite possible this place will sit abandoned for a very long time. Too many mansions around the US sit unused and in disrepair because the previous owners can't sell them because of this exact problem. Sure, I'd buy a mansion like this and live it up, but there are only a handful of people who could actually afford this, and the people with that type of money are not likely to have the same taste as the previous owner. It's more likely that someone with that type of wealth would build new anyway.
