So... in high intelligence dogs (if you have owned dogs you know some are smarter than others... Just like people), people who study vocalization believe that is actually the case. Dogs are capable of learning around 160 words.

I think he is just trying to explain that he is not a baby but a dog, with 4 paws, and that he would like to walk, run, jump, smell odours and play with friends.

My maltese/shih tzu does this too! She 'talks human' but not non stop lolol it's very random and usually starts if she's whining about something, it's like she'll all the sudden remember - hey! So, you can't go anywhere in public with him, without people laughing hysterically? It sure looks that way! I kind of know how it is, having had, for 18 years, a goofy looking weiner/spaniel mix, that just looked so comical and had such a great personality that just by association with him, I felt like a rock star when out in public with him. One look, and people would laugh out loud at him.

Bingo. But until we fire the people at the bus (and other city transport) companies who make the rules that animals can’t get in the bus, people will have to resort to strollers and handbags to transport their beloved pooches with them… at least the small ones.

Oh could you imagine how long it would take you on a walking excursion; checking every tree, staring at every bird and squirrel, yapping at every dog and skateboard & OMG, the sirens on an ambulance, fire truck or police car. You'd need to take human snacks with you just to go for a walk....

Got a story to tell you dear people who replied to me: many years ago when I was dealing with the spirit of depression, I asked my Lord to bring me a kitten to cuddle and the very next day my neighbour brought me home a kitten he had found and I called her “Franky” .
