NCOC held an official handover ceremony of a Family Outpatient Clinic to the Atyrau City Akimat, which was built by the Operator of the North Caspian project as part of its social commitments.
One of key objectives of NCOC Social and Infrastructure Projects is construction of healthcare facilities. The new Family Outpatient Clinic for 50 visits a day is located in Bereke Microdistrict, Atyrau.
Functionally, the building is divided into three areas: reception office, a pharmacy, a first aid room, and a cloak room are located in the centre. To the left, there are administration offices, medical treatment rooms, a childcare room with a medical records archive and a vaccination section. To the right, there are offices of general practitioners and specialty doctors, as well as a laboratory with a separate entrance. The Clinic’s day patient department and a fangotherapy room are fully ready for operation.
In his speech at the event, NCOC Managing Director Olivier Lazare noted that "by implementing healthcare projects, our company supports Kazakhstan’s sustainable development through ensuring availability of quality health services, supporting healthy lifestyle, and well-being across all age groups of the population."
The North Caspian project Operator’s Social and Infrastructure Projects financially supported construction of 16 medical facilities in the Mangystau and Atyrau Oblasts, including both major regional hospitals and rural medical stations. Since 1998, the Operator of the North Caspian Venture delivered 227 SIP projects in the Atyrau and Mangystau Oblasts over $860 million in total.
