  • Man, they really f*cked up that Knicks team after trading for Carmelo. Smh. They were a playoff team back then, with Galo, Chandler and Felton. Ruined everything beacause of one player. Oh well.

    • ***** lol but they did nothing afterwards and the second seed was such a non-accomplishment, you could compare it to the hawks 60 wins, sure they won a lot of games but 95 percent of people would tell you even at full strength they wouldn't get past lebron. They got knocked out by the pacers and slowly turned into the sad excuse they are today...

    • glinan yea u right, ive seen them playin tone of time at msg back in 2010 and there were playin good offense, defense was not bad with chandler and walker fields.. and offensivly there was some good jumpers.. now its nightmare, i got some free tickets this year and never gone see them

    • +glinan The Knicks were actually a 2 seed in the East with Melo a couple seasons ago and won 54 games with Melo leading the way not Amare a couple seasons ago and got to the second round of the playoffs. Plus Gallinari and Chandler are injury prone and Felton is a bum.

    • That Dude So you were gonna wait 5 to 6 years for the players to finally become good and still lose to teams like the warriors? By then most of them would have gotten traded anyways. In 2012 the clippers went from not making it to 4th in the west behind the lakerz

      @thamostgangsta12@thamostgangsta128 жыл бұрын
    • Deonta B Yes but where are the Clippers now... No future and running out of chances. CP3 will only get older, Blake could be the backbone of this team but I don't see any leadership from him, and Deandre is at the very best, a DPOY. No youth at ALL in this team. With that team, the Clippers would've been set for years. GSW did the exact same tactic and look where they are now...

  • man, i know stoudamire had a great dunk and the knicks ultimately one, but looking back at this, i feel bad for him. he was once known as like one of the most athletic power forward dunkers and blake griffin just like overnight became a sensation and had like 2 of the best dunks ever known to man in this game. then stoudamire got injured and like his career just slowly went into obscurity.

    • Dave jahoer Amare is better because he has legit post moves which Blake doesn't have. Amare is 6'10-6'11. Blake is 6'9-6-10. Amare is a better defender

      @robsmith6650@robsmith66507 жыл бұрын
    • Rob Smith not agree. amare might be taller but he always had one of the best passers and Pick and roll passers in his team to make things allot easy for him. Blake is a bit shorter but is Way more athletic, has better ball handling skill, and is a better passer. Blake can even play 3 positions from 3 to 5 thats how versetail he is. and Blake is a better 1 on 1 defender then amare ever was. Blake also has had a Way higher Upside overall but injuries and the Way his team is playing without him being the 1st option is supressing his talents Blake has also some post moves but he is scoring in more different ways then Pick and roll and post moves. he can score in nearly every way since his jumpshot has become better each season

      @TheStatisfiedOne@TheStatisfiedOne7 жыл бұрын
    • Rob Smith nahh Blake was better and amare wasn't much taller Blake was/is better shooter rebounder passer lmaoo they were both had defenders

      @cynthiabrown7510@cynthiabrown75107 жыл бұрын
    • Dave jahoer What about the year before Nash came back to the Suns? Amare still put up 20 and 9. And you're overrated Blake way too much, he can play power forward and some small ball center but he's too slow to play small forward. They're both about equal defensively, both aren't/weren't good defenders. The only thing Blake really does better than Amare did is pass the ball.

  • Griffin is better he has the handles of a guard. Now amare never had that and you notice when he left Steve Nash his efficiency dropped but blake makes players around him better and he has his best scoring year without CP3 that's the difference blake was better by himself Than amare by himself in NY

    @rellik32797@rellik327978 жыл бұрын
    • Rondo069 Handles of a guard? Hell Nah... Amare had great foot work something Griffin cant even relate to. Better foot work means better offense and defense, more consistent offense and better fundamentals. Blake lacks most of that he still needs about two more years

      @Thacomedian64@Thacomedian648 жыл бұрын
    • FOH handles of a guard lol?! Griffin is str8 trash he cant even shoot. His only asset is his Vertical and dunking. His post moves SUCK and hes slow and hesitant. Overrated ass player

      @OPL21stJS@OPL21stJS8 жыл бұрын
    • +OPL21stJS i can say that was true 2 seasons ago, blake have improved his game a lot especially his back to the basket, and his mid range game now is coming on nicely. Remember the time when Amare can't even make two dribbles to save his life.

      @thatguyluis@thatguyluis8 жыл бұрын
    • OPL21stJS all I wanted to say is he will improve his game as long as he works hard, and I can take him taking the last shot depending on the situation, If my team needs just two points, then he is my guy next to CP3
