The power being 380+ is BELIEVED. I never promised it was 380+, that's just the local rumor that goes around based on our own research.
The full car spec is the 2021-2024 Audi A6 Avant 50 TDI Quattro S edition. They're believed to be modified/made to police spec by dutch car dealer chain Pon."

It did 250 km7h on the highway pretty easy and quad exhaust of course its an E63S, it is by nit means slow.
The car was rented so my guess it’s a E63s, those type of people always rent those kind of cars here (AUDI RS whatever, Golf GTI etc) and the car chasing is the Dutch police in the new Audi A6 Avant so yeah it can keep up (sort of sort of)

However in the video you dont even hear once the exhaust sound of the AMG 63s which you could have definitly heard if it was an E63. the E63 would have pulled away effortesly long time ago from the audi, but the audi manages to keep up. If it had been a v8 than the amg would fly away and about 260kmph speeding is that it is clearly a e350 because it can't be taking such as long for an amg v8 to reach the 260kmph It would reach the 310kmph in no-time

I can assure you that these A6 Diesels are far from stock. Delivered by the dutch VAG import group called 'PON Automobiles', they receive a special treatment which makes them far from stock, including tuning. There are no official numbers, the dutch police force won't give them out but rumors are, they have around 900Nm of torque, hence why they have no issue following the E63 AMG, especially in urban environments. I would fall short of calling the Merc driver good. Only a idout throws away regards for every one else around him and takes high risks trying to save his or her arse from getting arrested not just risking their own lives , but the chasing officers and anybody else that may have gotten in the way. I was not suprised to hear it was an Hire car lots are. Young guys Hire them out trying to impress other and it is not cheap something like 500 + Euro's .there was a Documentry on TV here in Germany were they uncovered that some of the Hire companies were run through criminal groups using fake company listing and address's. But really why run the have the plate so even if you escape they should still be able to finally catch you then you are in deep shit as they say.

those A6's are scary, and are absolutely not stock! The police orders them on special request, and along with being locked in Sport+ mode, they are tuned and(even though there are no official numbers) are believed to run 380+ HP. Believe me, they outrun a 370HP '05 Ford Focus RS. Been there, done that, got the fines.

everbody can escape in a high powered car on a highway which is almost empty and straight. These officers have a car which is almost 20% heavier, more less than half the power of the AMG and can easily reel him in because of their training. Better car is not equal to better driver.

It is common here in the netherlands that people rent high performance cars in germany and drive in The Netherlands. Also, the car accelerates at a very high speed multiple times. I dont know which 300hp mercedes can do that, but if that were true than the car would not dissappear that quick from the cops if they have the same power. And the end of that video on autobahn AMG went fast and police lost him, but for the City 300 hp more than enough. Does not sound like an e63s, when they start they are very loud on the move they quieten down. No shotgun style sounds associated with them in this vid and no way should the Popo be able to keep up from slow speeds on acceleration. My best friend had one and I know how fast this things are from experience. No police car should be able to keep up!

I’m not so sure this is an E63S. I own one and have driven it for two years now. It’s a rocket, even on city roads it would have pulled HARD away from these cops. On the highway it would be a memory in seconds. I believe this car has a kit on it, the fenders are a huge giveaway.

This is public road with bends and other traffic. You can't use all that power all the time or you will cause an accident. Driving skill plays a big role here. I also think this is a real AMG, look at 0:13, also has the distinctive four exhaust pipes. Edit: ok maybe a body kit after all!

I own a 2019 E63S, the exhausts are just part of the bumper. It’s not hard to retrofit.

Its a 50 TDI 286hp. It could be remapped to 350hp, but the police said they are being kept stock back when they purchased those. The previous A6 C7.5 3.0 TDI 272hp was stage 1 remapped though.

Many comment on if it is a E63. I didn't see any comment that a real E63 has a wider body, which this car clearly doesn't have in the rear. The rear E63 exhausts are fake from factory, so it's very easy to put a original E63 diffuser on an AMG line car. Same goes for the wider front fenders and front bumper. This car is a 'rental', but criminals will rent effectively their own car from a befriended foreign "company" to escape traceability and liability - nor your regular SIXT rental car here.... The absense of noise leads me to conclude it is a bigger engined quiet non-AMG model (a E43/53 are quite loud too) which we can see isn't much faster then the heavy police 3.0 TDI. If the criminal is making a gap, it is because they are taking much higher risk...

The last thing on your mind is to hit the Apex and have a smooth pullout from the curve.
