I have asthma as well so knowing that my lungs are already broken I have made sure to always say no when anyone has offered me a vape or cigarettes as I am worried that I will like them and then I would get addicted and make my lungs worse.

I never smoked, drank alcohol, or vaped so far because when I learned all the stuff that's in it that's bad for your health it turned me off to the point where if I get peer pressured I would still say no because of the fear of what it'll do to my body.
I quit two weeks ago today. I've been a smoker for almost 30 years. Two weeks, and I'm already not needing my asthma inhaler like I did, I now wake up being able to take a deep breath, before I would wake up coughing and struggling to take a breath.

Hey man, proud of you. Personally never suffered from addiction, but I’ve spent my life knowing people here and there suffering from it or being in recovery. One day at a time mate, it’s for the better
Quitting cigs for me was hard and I done it because I simply grew sick of smoking but whenever I'd break and have a tab I'd hate it instantly and that's what helped me quit. It's quitting smoking the lettuce that's the hardest for me imo
