Actually its clear my all questions about the tolerance. Thank you.
Hi Kevin! Your series on tolerances have proven invaluable to me today. Neat videos with clear and concise explanations. Thank you very much!
Thank you Uranus Euler! Glad that it helped you.
Thank u so much sir, all doubts cleared
To the best of my knowledge it will come under clearance fit. Kevin sir, please make a video on how to decide which type of fit it is resulting from numerical values?
Very nice and informative video! Looking forward for more videos..
Thanks a ton
Perfect explanation!
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you Kevin. This teaching are invaluable. I attended many classes but your this lecture cleared my all doubt....once again thanks a lot
That's great 👍 Glad that you liked it ✨️
Hi thanks for explaining, I have an assignment where I have to use IT3 , IT3 is not in the table what should I do?
Extremely helpful 👍
Glad it helped :-)
Great 👍👍👍
Thy Lord Thy Saviour❤
Sir please do videos on plastic fixations
Thank you for the excellent explanation!
Glad that it helped!
Thanks....clear explanation ..
Thank you 🙏🙏
Great explanation!
Thank you 😊
Amazing Video All the doubts are clear thank you sir
Glad that it helped!
Hello sir what will be the tolerance for bearing housing, housing is made up of casting.
How can we choose perfect iT grade for components..
Explaination - 25 H7/g6 tolerances
perfect explanation
👌
helpful but need to watch again to understand
Good explanation
Keep watching
@@mechanicalvault sure
Excellent 👌👌👌
Glad that you liked it 😊
Thank you sir 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊👌👌👌👌😊
Glad that you liked it 🙏
But how did you come to the conclusion that you want hole basis and not shaft basis system
Suuuuuper sur
Thank you 😊
❤❤❤
Please provide this chart
Can u explain when we use H & g and when we use k and others letters
Combination H and other smaller letter Block depends upon Engineering Fit you need between two parts. Here I have shown example of Clearance Fit with minimum clearance.
Suppose H7k6,which is transition fit, hole size H7 can be 0.021 and shaft can be 24.002.Suppose if different person doing shaft and and hole, person keeping max limit for hole he is correct as per H7. shaft person keeping minimum size of shaft , he is also correct as per K6. if other person assemble it, there will be a clearance of 0.019,which is obviously a clearance fit.but we need transition fit.Theory is wrong? Please help to solve this. I need to do shaft from one place and hole from other person, what tolerance I have to give for both person to get exact transition fit
What is transition fit? Transition fit is all about getting clearance or interference based upon size variation between hole and shaft. Transition fit is used when small amount of clearance or interference doesn't affect design, whereas our purpose is perfect locating shaft in hole. So, yes. In transition fit, getting small amount of clearance sometimes based upon size of hole and shaft is ok. In clearance fit, we want all time clearance. We don't want interference at all.
Please provide the chart
sir can you provide me the exact link which i can download that table as a pdf
Just google search ISO286 pdf download and you will get standard copy.
@@mechanicalvault this video was so helpful keep it up sir
Sir how to select it grade
Based upon function (kind of fit required) and manufacturing Process of the mating feature.
sir, where i can get the chart?
Just Google search it! Charts are freely available in public domain.
You mean finding the value for the hole H is useless to find the limit deviation
When did I say that? H or h represent hole basis and shaft basis system. H or h had deviation of 0. So, even 0 deviation is important for calculating Limits on hole or shaft.
@@mechanicalvault ooh now I understand when we are given H7 g6 and its nominal number means we have to find limit deviations both for the hole H and shaft g and all will have its own upper and lower limit deviation was confused thought maybe we will find one lower and one upper limit deviation for the all like 25 H7/g6= having one lower limit deviation and one upper limit deviation, it was out of not getting the concept now I got it right
Very good!
