  • You did great, especially with the backflip! For the parallel bars and rings, the issue with your swing is that you're only moving the lower half of your body. This is partly because you're so super flexible in your back that when you kick up your legs, the rest of your body just doesn't feel the need to follow. Also partly because you haven't developed the upper body strength and shoulder stability to be able to use that to properly propel your upper body, and this part can be especially challenging for hypermobile people.

  • It's so cool how different the skillsets are. It's funny that she is so flexible that she doesn't get the solid body form for a lot of the men's skills and he's so bulky and used to being tight that the ball won't roll. And still, both way more coordinated than I could ever hope to be!
