Great song, every song by DM, but this is one of the most exceptional and brings back a lot of memories. We enjoyed their music in the 80 and I have recently turned 57 and still love it, listen to it and enjoy it just as much. I guess I just can't get enough of their music. I recall when I first heard this song, the video and then at the concerts, dancing and loving it. Makes me so nostalgic.

Depeche Mode ... one of my favorite groups from the 80's/90's. 4 amazing guys making hits after hits after hits. That "Strangelove" version is myI favorite one. Depeche Mode totally conquered my adolescence. I fell in .ove with their music and became a huge fan. I was 13 years old in 1988 but I discovered this amazing music. I'm still a fan today even though I'm 48 years old. I always thought that Dave Gahan was sexy back then ... and he STILL is today. Love DM always & forever ❤❤❤

So the original single version is more simplistic and short. But Depeche enhanced it on the album, and when Sire/Reprise requested a song to release in US, Depeche gave them this album version :D

Back on the day, my bro inlaw always played this on his casette tape. He loves depeche mode so much as i was livin for few months with my sister when i was younger. I was on my teens that time and he was already on 30's probably. And 20years past he left my sister for good. I mean he passed away due to heart attack. So everytime i heard depeche mode i always remember my deceased bro inlaw. And thinking that he had a great taste of music

Great song, every song by DM, but this is one of the most exceptional and brings back a lot of memories. We enjoyed their music in the 80 and I have recently turned 57 and still love it, listen to it and enjoy it just as much. I guess I just can't get enough of their music. Depeche Mode ... one of my favorite groups from the 80's/90's. 4 amazing guys making hits after hits after hits. That "Strangelove" version is myI favorite one. Depeche Mode totally conquered my adolescence. I fell in .ove with their music and became a huge fan. I was 13 years old in 1988 but I discovered this amazing music. I'm still a fan today even though I'm 48 years old. I always thought that Dave Gahan was sexy back then ... and he STILL is today. Love DM always & forever ❤❤❤

I was on my teens that time and he was already on 30's probably. And 20years past he left my sister for good. I mean he passed away due to heart attack.
