Years ago I had a 20 ft cobalt with the 5.7 and I thought 64 was fast. I couldn’t imagine going 100mph.
I’ve got a 20ft ebbtide with a 5.4 Volvo penta and it’ll hit about 55 mph with one other person in it. And it’s never been fast enough lol
But 100mph on a big boat like this prolly doesn’t feel that fast

i would love a viking sports fisherman , made of carbon fiber .. it would be great if when carbon fiber became inexpensive enough to do this , boating would go through another revolution .. one thing from my understanding or how it was explained to me , it is not good to mix fiberglass and carbon fiber together .. it is kind of the weakest link in a chain analogy . midnite express is a Ferrari on the water , it is amazing how far how fast center consoles have come in the last 10+ years ... great video , i went to the show then came home and watched your videos to see what you saw....the interviews are spot on . you see a bad interview , then you can appreciate how good yores are

I'd imagine well north of 2mil. Its insane how much these center console goes for. I'd happily take a hatteras or viking sport fisher. 2 staterooms, bunks for friends, washer and dryer, tons of space, enough fuel and range to go where you want, and you dont have 5 outboard in your way when you fish off the stern. These monster center consoles just seem useless to me.

Dude those motors are $65,000 each. The quint verado 400 version of this same boat costs $800,000. So my guess is this model will cost right at $1,000,000. If you can afford this boat you would care if it burnt 1500 gallons per hour lol. It wouldn't matter.

So this boat can reach 161kph (100mph) on water with no seatbelts for the passengers. How is that a good idea? It cannot be fun for very long to be sitting is in a 161kph wind bouncing on waves.
That’s top speed. They don’t run these boats at top speed a lot loaded up with a bunch of people. In poker runs they’ll probably run in the 70-80mph range. Your comment about seat belts...well none of these types of boats have them, NONE.
Seatbelt on a boat. No thank you. If some bad happens, the seatbelts will not help you. I am thinking of a sinking boat or overturned boat, you are not going to want belts on. But 100 mph, why?
