Every (Ok maybe not every Human but most) would be able to learn that also. But we would need to learn it from a very young age. And we don´t normaly do that but if we did most of us would also be cabapble of that. So this isn´t eveolution. Or at least not Evolution itself. Its a part of it.

Theres a lot of manipulating going on and attacking our moral fiber, while I dont know how many more times I will listen to O.P's crap about evolution I do love learning and as long as I am able to sift through the bs I will continue to remain positive and kind to my fellow being. Daniel, everyone else with a soul that can feel empathy not the rest of you though: I hope and pray thatypu have the most wonderful days andstay positive. I say hello to everyone i make contact with and at least %90 of the people just look at me or decide that I will be thier abuse victim. Keep your kindness but I will say challenging thier logic with a smile on my face does seem to be more effective than what theyre doing to me because you dont let them under your skin and the devil does not know what to do with that. I hope that you do have a amazing 2023 and much more to come.

  • Over here in England, there are several species of ducks that nest in trees and we witnessed this in our local park. There was also a time when we were doing a security walk in our railway station, that we found ducks had nested on a blocked drain on a roof, about twenty feet up. We took to feeding the parents grain, when walking that particular route. Although near the Thames, it was about 100 foot above the river, but in central London.

  • Quick word about chicken ability to fly, well...for some it is true, but most free-range chickens can fly pretty well. i currently have three generations of hens, older ones don't fly at all and they won't, they never show interest to do it. Two hens I hatched myself can jump from the ground level on my shoulder. And youngest hens I have can fly just fine. Especially one sussex hen I have - Crystal - she is flying like wild pheasants. There is no fence for her. Current fence is 1 m and 70 cm tall, she can just jump and fly over the fence without any issue and come back whenever she wants, she can jump with help of her wings even through the small hole - yep she done that. But I've noticed that she has an impressive wingspan, her wing (one wing) is similar length to my arm, without shoulder part but you can get an idea. And her impressive size - she is one big hen - doesn't affect her ability to fly on the branches and through the fence. They may not be able to fly like 100m distance but with help of their strong legs they can jump and fly through the fence whenever they want. But not every chicken can do this.

    @Nika44@Nika44 Жыл бұрын
    • That's not flying, that's something we don't have proper words for. Generating lift but unable to sustain the lift. Flying is what a sparrow does. None of your chickens are doing that; they're doing something else. Interesting cuz maybe ancestors flew like that, but y'know, not flying.

I had no idea that it was trying to eat me though. It was lucky that I had a ball cap on and that's what it took. If I didn't have it on it probably would have done some real damage to my head.
