Damn these quad is beautiful Finally one and only shows how to connect the truerc antenna
Thanks man 🙂 that was very thorough 😎✌️
Gotta love TrueRC! And Hugo is a super cool guy. I've reached out to him a few times and he's really responsive and helpful. Can't say the same for VAS, actually, the opposite. I love TrueRC antennas though, theyre the best I've ever had the pleasure of using. Thanks for this upload, I was curious about how these things were wired up. I need to install my LumeSkids on something, theyve just been sitting here since last year sometime....or whenever they came in my crate.
thanks for the comment Luis! Yea i totally agree about TrueRC. They are top notch antenna's, and excellent customer service. The lume skids are super sick man :) put them on! haha
Apologies if you’ve answered elsewhere, but what build mat is that? Looks awesome, tons of separate areas for hardware.
I love it, I got it off amazon. You can find it here: amzn.to/36u0s2B
It is a different antenna, closed loop that let it handle the presence of the LED.
Good to know!
You have hard time getting solder to stick because you arent using flux. Flux core solder doesnt cut it either...
Where did you see the solder not sticking? I put flux on all the esc pads?
@@509drone2 I was talking about when you were lap soldering the resistor to the 5v wire on the antenna. You mentioned capacitor leads have a hard time getting solder to stick too... You can never have enough flux when soldering. I use flux core solder and a bottle of liquid Flux. Flux paste works really well for lap soldering too. I enjoyed the video, I just figured I'd comment on that 👍
