Pears are great! My Grandmother had a 3 storey high pear tree in her backyard, and we must have eaten and canned hundreds of them over the years. So to see them as a major ingredient in a sauce is a welcome surprise! Not sure how I feel about the mention of unspecified 'spices' though; I like to know what all is in there, but it's not a deal - breaker. White Whale, eh? - Are they saying that their products are the Moby Dick of sauces lol ? Great to see you guys still at it, take care and be well.
