  • Growing up in NYC in the late 80s and 90s we couldn’t just own Jordan’s and be considered a sneaker head. You have to diversify the collection...New B’s, Adidas, Fila, Diadora, Reebok, Nike etc. that title had to be earned

  • Can anybody explain the colorway that he claimed was the best of all time? I know its the normal classic grey suede but what does one call that?

    • It’s based on the original M1300 from 84/85. It’s often called steal blue or shadow grey. Many shoes have been produced in the same colour way. The most recent iteration of the original 1300 is the M1300JP2 from 2015

    • I think it depends more on the model rather than the CW. There aren’t many NBs that you could consider hyped. Except maybe the Solebox 1500s, Crooked Tongues collabs and some older 577s that really hold high values. The M1300J/JP do hold high values though and can be hard to track down. The colourway has been use on many obscure pairs like the M71 in this video which isn’t worth much.
