The young couple dreamed of their own apartment all their life together, and finally they managed to save up a certain amount of money, which was only enough for a one-room apartment in the old Khrushchev. The area of the apartment is only 28 sq.m., the condition upon purchase was simply depressing: rotten pipes and floors, from the fact that they constantly smoked in the apartment - the ceilings and walls were covered with a thick layer of dirt.
The couple decided to completely redo everything, they did not begin to do a large-scale alteration of the layout because of the gas column and wet zones, they did not begin to combine the bathroom either. Otherwise, a global renovation was done, the walls were plastered for painting, wallpaper was glued somewhere. Installed suspended ceilings, tiles in the bathroom and much more.
Since the apartment is very small, in other words, small-sized, we had to carefully think through everything, up to the arrangement of furniture, both in the kitchen and in the room.
The result is a stylish and bright interior, and now the young couple lives in their new one-room apartment, which is not inferior in comfort even to an expensive loft.
