Just as well you skipped Alice.. You'd probably come back to find the wheels on the plane gone
What an experience! Would love to have seen more of the planning behind the flights, but thanks for sharing the experience. appreciation from Canada love you both nice postings take care keep up
As a pilot was a nice experience to be a part of your amazing trip. Hope to see another video of your trips very soon.

AMAZING TRIP AND EXCELLENT VIDEOS. I REALLY ENJOYED THIS SHORT SERIES- PLEASE KEEP THEM COMING. THANKS.
Brilliant! Thanks for documenting and sharing your great trip.
Enjoyable series of videos. Scott sure is a chatty fellow.
Loved the video. The approach into Athens reminded me of the many C-130 trips from Mildenhall into Athens years ago.
John, great trip and great video! Thanks for sharing
Nicely done. Well exited. Very pleasant. Love the Cirrus Vision.
You two are very good pilots. Glad you made it safely. Blessings for uneventful flights.
Hi John, I recently finished this mini-series flying from UK to Australia and really enjoyed it. I would love to see more videos in a similar style if that is possible. It is a shame you haven't uploaded in 6 months.
love those vids, love the adventure!!! well done, gents!
Thank you for making this series, great viewing.
Thanks for sharing your memorable trip down south. 👍
Cheers John, looked like an adventure
Incredible!!!
Great flight.
I was invited to have a look at N958AG at gold cost airport recently such an amazing aircraft
Great to hear you had a look around it. The journey was an adventure.
What an experience! Would love to have seen more of the planning behind the flights, but thanks for sharing the experience.
Great flying.
Nice video. many thanks-
If only I could be on that journey...😍
great video… jet is super cool
Yayyyyyyy!
From a Gold Coaster who has recently started flying the Viking in the Microsoft Simulator. Sorry that you arrived on one of the few rainy days - but you were able to use our recent install of the ILS and over my house I really enjoyed your video - wish it had been longer over OZ - I will now flightplan that trip from Broome in the Viking to see what you saw - but did didn't show in the vid - hopefully I'll get better simulated weather Did you realise that the route from Mt Isa to Charleville - via Longreach was the original route taken by the then new airline QANTAS back in the 20's ??
ถ้าคุณต้องการเปลี่ยนเป็นเครื่องยนต์ไอพ่นรุ่นใหม่ถ้าจะเพิ่มเงินสัก 2 ล้านกว่าก็ได้เครื่องใหม่
With so many legs and hours did the aircraft need any repairs, or maintenance along the many legs and journey or did it all go smoothly? Loved the livery on this Vision very nice. Very nice trip, great to see was suprised about all the spray in the cabin with you in it stuff etc!!! 😂 Good job by all 👍
11,000 is nothing in the life of a Visionjet. I'd guess fuel and a few quartz or oil as top ups.
Do you think the vision jet can truly be a single pilot only aircraft? Must have been handy have both of you on board.
Yes. It’s a very pilot friendly aircraft to operate.
Too bad you couldn't stay longer in Australia. I'd have to stay at least 2 weeks.
No words.. Cheers Captains! But why VABB - WMKP route Cirrus no liked? The one engine jet at the above sea, this reason?
Thanks. We don’t have the range for that leg. We could stop in Sri Lanka, but political unrest advises us not to fly that route.
What was the cost of this trip? Fuel, landing fees, etc? Thank you.
What was that substance you had to spray into the plane?!!!
Great trip. Why did you all have to spray the cabin when you landed in Australia?
Australia Bio security require it to kill any bugs or insects that might be on board.
Total Fuel Amount used and Cost ???🙏🙏
Dose the cirrus jet have a washroom bc i couldn’t imagine holding it in each leg oh my
No, But each leg is not more than 3 hours. I can hold it that long.
What was the spray for? Bugs? Virus bugs? Negative feelings?
Yes, Australia require it be be fumigated when coming in from a different country.
Forgive me if this has been asked a lot of times but why don't you guys just put the aircraft on a ship and ship it out to Australia? I mean I can understand for very large aircraft such as Airbus/Boeing but the Vision Jet seems small enough to fit on a ship no?
Hi, The aircraft is too big to fit on a ship without taking off wings etc. Which then means it needs to be put back together and re flight tested again in the other country. The maintenance facility needs to be experienced to do that. It would be more expensive and in the past aircraft that have been delivered by ship have been damaged enroute. So it’s safer and better for the airframe to be delivered by air. Saying that SR20’s and SR22’s do get delivered by container ship from the USA to Australia’s. But the do fit in a 40 foot container, so the shipping costs are not as bad as if for a Jet.
@@johnpage8364 Thanks very much for your very detailed answer :)
This airplane only has one engine. Not safe to fly overwater.
An interesting point of view thanks. It would be difficult to deliver all the single engine aircraft to customers around the world without flying the over some water. Putting them on a ship is not always an option.
I think he is done has been 8 months and nothing.
Had a baby. No time to edit videos. But still flying around the world.
So, an American built and N-numbered aircraft delivered to owners in Australia? What was your role, since it looked like the other guy flew every minute?
The ‘other’ guy was the owner. He had just passed his type rating and the insurance company required him to have more hours with an experienced pilot before flying it solo. Also the owner didn’t want to fly it alone as it’s a demanding trip. So I went with him to achieve the delivery and for him to gain the hours.
@@johnpage8364 well that makes sense
