I remember on one of my brothers first fights as an amateur seeing him ref there for the first time and my brother and I were like "hey bro, is that Chris Leben?" and we were both like no way. Great memories, seeing a bunch of fighters in the back while preparing to make the walk.

The lighter the roast the higher the caffeine content. Due to it being roasted less time than the darker roast, who loses more caffeine during the longer roast that gives it it's dark color 😅 Notice in the wild, most "morning" roasts are a light color 🫠
