The Making of Ropz w/ ESL. Ropz has been one of the world's best CSGO players since bursting onto the scene in FPL and then being picked up by Mousesports. After leaving MOUZ, he joined up with Karrigan again on FaZe Clan alongside rain, broky, and Twistzz, and became an IEM Katowice 2022 champion.
In this Ropz documentary, he describes why he nearly stopped playing Counter-Strike due to cheating accusations, why he stayed on MOUZ for four years under his contract, and why he took a pay cut to join FaZe.

  • Fun fact this man was a Cod Sniper then quit that scene to pursue CS:GO. I was one of his very first editors in Horizon, the last team he was in before he quit that com. This man was never toxic within the CoD scene when it was at its peak which is very surprising... as we all was very toxic as a community at that point in time. Much respect to Robin

    • Ropz had a higher salary at Mouz because he had stayed with them so long. Players get raises and get opportunities to resign or renegotiate contracts. It's like any other business in that sense. edit: So it's not that FaZe is underpaying him, it's that he had worked up to a very high salary at Mouz after playing with them for a long time. It's quite possible (maybe probable) that by the end of his time at FaZe, he'll work up to an even higher salary then he had at Mouz. I imagine his starting salary at FaZe is probably higher than his starting salary at Mouz was.

    • Lol bro how sensitive are you? Dude was fishy af and i wouldnt go past him actually cheating at some point. You know most of the new players in fpl even after his faceit "bootcamp" thought he was still cheating? You know why? Cause his playstyle changed overnight when he played at faceit HQ. He went from being a lurker that knew everything pushed people as soon as they turned their back to just taking duels, being the second man in and trading. So yea... Dude is a skilled aimer thats why he still played decent at faceit HQ but the sudden playstyle change+ the amount of times he got "lucky" knowing when to push; almost prefiring non existent off angles... Its still super fishy to this day. Crazy how none of these ropz fanboys actually never watched a singe faceit demo from his qualifier to fpl and claim there was " no reason" for his accusations. You know whats the hardest thing is about the pro scene? Getting noticed and getting a team invite instead of grinding with you mix through qualifiers full of closet radar hackers.
