Upgraded clutches are the way to go when it comes to putting the most horsepower from your machine to the ground. No one does it better than QSC and STM! I personally got a little taste of both worlds and will be doing some extreme testing in the near future. Here is a step by step tutorial on how to install a primary and secondary clutch.

With my STM primary they recommended I lapped the end of the crank. Did they recommend that with QSC?
If they did I didn’t see it anywhere

Is it the stm secondary that’s responsible for your engagement going from 2600 to 1300rpms?
No engagement deals primarily with the spring on the primary clutch
@@ReneGabe_ oh ok see I have cvtech primary stock secondary and there’s a significant lag in the throttle until ab 2600rpm then it jolts hard

Ummm not sure. It’s the one with engine brake I know

@@ReneGabe_ did they come already setup with the proper weights and springs for your bike? Where did you order them from?
No lapping compound? You not even going to lapping it 25 turns? I thought that was a necessary thing to do with a new primary.
I have never heard that before or seen it done but that doesn’t mean it’s not true.
@@ReneGabe_ that was what I was taught to do. And stm required it for theirs. But if you have not had any problems then maybe it's just a matter of preference?
