2 eggs.
Sugar 100g / 3.5oz.
Vanilla sugar 10 g / 0.35 oz.
A pinch of salt.
Beat for 3-4 minutes until consistency is achieved.
Sunflower oil 100 ml / 3.4 fl oz.
Milk 100 ml / 3.4 fl oz.
Flour 240 g / 8.5 oz.
Baking powder 10 gr / 0.35 oz.
Raisins 60 gr / 2 oz.
Canned peach 200 gr / 7 oz.
Flour 60 g / 2 oz, sugar 60 g / 2 oz.
Butter 45g / 1.5oz.
Place in the preheated oven at 180°C / 355°F for 45 minutes.
