Put on this soothing music for peace of mind, relaxation, meditation, falling into a peaceful sleep, soothing headaches, or finding relief from anxiety, stress and restlessness.
You can also have this for creativity, painting, mindful coloring, reading, writing, simply stoping the overthinking or immersing your self in any activity that you like to enjoy in a moment of peace.

With this, I wish to bring you into another world, where you leave all the stress, anxiety and heaviness behind.
I have made this track with instruments and sounds tuned to the 528 hz. I personally enjoy the sound of this tuning and use it often in my compositions. But there's also some research that has shown a positive effect of listening to music with this tuning, such as enhanced relaxation, calming the body, soothing the nerves, reducing anxiety and even lowering the heart rate.
There's also calming binaural waves laying deep in the music so you'd get the best effect by using headphones that don't filter frequencies too much.

This is very pleasant. I'm going to take a wild guess and say I like that you composed this music and recorded live tracks with acoustic instruments. Having grown up playing acoustic instruments, and learning to play a number of different types from other cultures, I get weary sometimes of the relatively "flat" by comparison quality of sampled electronic sound used to produce music. There is a quality to the resonance of the studio space apparently preserved in this recording, that brings a subtle sense of freshness to this piece that reminds me of the feeling and scents of walking in nature after a gentle rain has cleaned the air. The choice of specialty percussive instruments, bells, chimes and metallophones, along with the rainsticks and wind sounds, the diddling about in the high range of a piano, that contribute to this feeling as well. Suggestive of water flowing, and sunlight sparkling on water and reflecting off raindrops. If I've guessed wrong, then I have to congratulate you for doing a masterful job of picking samples, and mixing them, in order to produce an acoustically recorded effect. Thank you. Really lovely.
