Thank you so much for sharing this. My boss at work was talking about you, but I didn't realize you suffered from a stroke. My father suffered a brain hemorrhage and his right side of his body was affected by it. At least, with this video, you helped me gain some insight in helping him in his recovery. So cool that you are doing well. I had a brain stroke where I lost all my left side of my body and miracleously recovered all mobility after several months. Lost memory of the first 2 years of my youngest son since he was born. Some of the post side effects is that sometimes my left leg starts shaking by itself for a minute and nothing else.

You are really doing great! My hands were damaged last year and now feel jammed most of the time...loved the review of the items you are using. Are you seeing someone for stroke recovery physical therapy?
I actually stopped and focused on just getting stronger in the gym. But I’m going back for fine fine motor skills.
