Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1.25 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1tsp
Curd (plain) - 2 to 3 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil - 1/4 cup
