  • This was one of the most helpful videos i have ever seen. I am buying my first saw, as a 55 yr old woman. I now feel more confident that i can do this. I really appreciate showing how to zero it out. I would have assumed they came that way. LOL. Im following to learn as i start my DIY journey. Thank you for taking the time to do this in such detail.

  • Tbis was an extremely well done video. The instructions were a little vague and this video not only clears up those areas, but goes past it to really get you set up right. Thanks

  • You explained everything extremely well and your production quality is just awesome! I spent far too long on trying to get this stupid laser working properly. After the first couple of times that the little clear "sawdust guard" slipped off and fell down into the blade guard - I almost boxed it back up. But it actually cuts pretty well and I got a heck of a price on it. I've got a couple of ideas for a workaround with a different laser and housing but if you have any you'd be willing to share - I would greatly appreciate any input and insight you might have. Thanks again!

  • You Sir, are my hero!! I have looked and watched so many vids on laser adjustments and nothing "clicked" for me. Until today when I found yours. Straight forward easily understood (finally) and the "Aha" moment was for me!! Thank you for doing this tutorial. I'm so grateful and your newest fan!! Now can you do one for every freakin power tool in my She Shed? 😉

  • 👍 Great job on this. I would add a dab of blue threadlock on two screws.

  • Great video! I have been debating getting this saw as it is on sale right now. This was one of the issues, I was concerned about.

  • Does the line stay true with the blade up? My laser changes distance from the blade as you raise and lower it. Hoping this is a true line that can be referenced when blade is up!

    • On mine it does, but the laser is fairly weak so I have it lowered anyways when positioning so it's bright enough.

    • You right!!! Got one and in two days of using it laser stop working, exchanged for another (same brand 12”) and same thing now. Laser not working neither. Going to returning it for good. I don’t recommend this product.
