I always say that when we build houses we should leave some space for road so that emergency vehicles can reach our homes and other homes in the neighbourhood but everyone keep increasing their land size by encroaching land day by day and year by year. The colony chairman along with the other members initiated to extend their help , the colony elders there stayed till late evening , cooking for them , tomorrow as well they are feeding them chai and biscuits , what else will the chairman alone do at this kind of situation. During my studies I lived in Borlengri for 5 years. The area within which caught fire is the most dirtiest,unorganised, unhygienic and populated by non-locals. Thanks to all individuals and especially fire Dept. for instant access in dousing off the fire, otherwise more houses would gazed fire even to the extent of loss of life and property.

As we drive along the Burma camp junction towards Purana Bazar, it is surprising to see that the railing along the highway which was erected only two years back is seen almost all collapsed. It seems that the BOLTS holding the railings are STOLEN. It is surprising how this has been allowed to happen in front of our residence locality. This shows the total negligence and weakness of administration and concern authority. Shame on NAGAs.

Some people's with evil intention might had set the house on fires,.. Report clearly stated no shortcircuit of electricity. 🙏
This particular place where the fire broke out is nearest to Duncan and it's a govt recognised village.Borlengri block 1 is more than 100 years old and the question of illigal incroachment does not arise.All are residing with valid plot documents.
@@thelonewolf1522 yes only plot documents,but mostly without actual land parts issued from the Assam Government,that's why the people are facing immense hardship from roads to electricity and last but not the least unnecessary problems keeps on coming up regarding land every now and then.
