I found this calming music after bringing my baby home from the NICU i played it for him every night for the first couple of weeks of him being home. It really helped us all calm down, now every time I get stressed and I can't sleep I play this. And it's connected to a beautiful core memory of my son coming home. Thank you everyone for your positive words of encouragement and hope. It is nice to come to a place where there is just love. No virus talk or negativity. My husband and I are recently separated. We decided we needed a break from each other. Since the pandemic, he's been working from home and we have been around each other so much that we have been bickering non stop. life is so weird like we strangers are comforting each other through our words because we know that we all are going through something in our life , whenever you fell alone and anxious or exhausted just go to nature , sit under a tree or breath under the open sky and if you are lucky to go anywhere than go to mountains 🌎by the way i learned a beautiful quote (WE MET FOR A REASON EITHER FOR A LESSON OR A BLESSING )

Having a baby is really overwhelming especially when they don't stop crying and you have tried everything in the book. I put this on and the baby went from volume 100 to volume 0 . Also helped me relax and calm down.

I don’t know what I would do without this sound sometimes! Some might think it’s silly but sometimes when I really need it, it’s the only sound that makes me feel peaceful in all the chaos, switching off every bad thought, big or small so I can just rest.
