I find myself coming back to these a lot when I feel like I'm spiraling. They help me reframe my thoughts so that I can think through things better.
First 3 minutes of this are so powerful! We dont believe in ourselves because we dont have a clear vision or because we have weakened our willpower and intelligence by giving in to desires which breed lust, greed, or anger and these vices corrode, deplete and consume our mind and body, and we thus end up as washouts with little purpose, willpower, and lack of belief in ourselves. We must slay these desires (greed, anger, lust) which consume and eat us alive from within, and leave us devitalized and torn apart. We can only do that by controlling and purifying our mind and senses. Slay these demons and win the war within and reclaim our souls!!

Have battled horrible memories of childhood and of regretful adult decisions. Fought through crippling anxiety for my entire life, it has gotten even worse lately.
