    • acetone is a solvant for ABS which he used for printing so the surface melted and when acetone evaporated, the ABS returned strong again... you can fix some ABS pieces with ABS disolved into acetone (like some car bumpers) but the fan trick is very smart fort smoothing printed stuffs... of course, you must check first that the fan itself isn't made of ABS too and avoid any fire around as acetone fumes are very flammable..

  • Absolutely wonderful. The acetone vapor smoothing trick was so cool. Genuinely so engaging from start to finish without ever saying a word. 10000/10. Brilliant.

  • This is your first video I have seen and wow. I have never seen a more creative and effective solution to smoothing out 3d printed parts. I've used acetone and sandpaper and few other tricks, but that's by far the best way I've ever seen to smooth out a print. I can't wait to try it.
