I would also take it with me to the gym; so it was usually in the background while I was doing other things. My reasoning was if my conscious mind is busy, the video would speak directly to my unconscious mind :)

My simple advice, just do it , you have and idea work on it, you see an opportunity take it, the way I see it you either gain knowledge or gain money both are crucial to success. One last thing consistency is key .

I didn't know if affirmations "work" but in the last couple of weeks I found a grocery gift card I'd never given away for the full amount while decluttering.
