An untrained fighter cannot beat a sufficiently trained fighter. While yes, men do have many athletic advantages over women, if you actually practice martial arts, you would understand that superior experience/training is more important than strength. If you think I'm wrong, then go try it. Go lift some weights and become athletic (if you aren't already) and then go fight a female trained in Jiu Jitsu (blue belt or higher) or Wrestling (two years experience or more), you'll get your ass kicked, period. If you don't know how to fight, then you don't know how to fight. Being stronger isn't a replacement for knowing how to fight when you're fighting somebody who knows how to fight. @@Kongo-Slade007

  • This is a SOBERING video to watch for people who, in support of trans-athletes or just generally supporting equality in sports between the sexes, believe it actually exists. I like strong women. Strong female characters in fiction who can mop the floor even with guys. It's refreshing to see and in the case of live-action, whether there are superpowers involved or not, with a suspension of disbelief, it can be entertaining and even convincingly done. But, it's that very influence from watching such things, in animation or in live-action TV series and films, that still had me completely hopeful that the woman in this video stood a chance. She has an amazing body and obviously a lot of work behind it. And a few months ago, when I first watched this video, I still thought "Damn! She's ripped! And the guy is her size. Surely she can put up a good fight!" But, alas, reality is far harsher and more disappointing and disillusioning. She stood absolutely no chance, and the guy's face throughout it all was evidence. He's practically laughing through it, if not, he's smiling all the way and to even point that out feels like I'm mocking the woman, like 'he' is mocking her, which obviously wasn't the case with him and isn't the case with me. This is why the new mad rush to be inclusive and supporting of trans-athletes has gone awry, along with the whole movement , because even though they're claiming they're doing proper tests and administering the proper treatments to transition athletes to be allowed in and compete fairly, the effects differ between every single person, on a case by case basis and some can still retain advantages that simply don't result from hormones or even muscle mass, that aren't even difficult to notice, but which are readily apparent to any naked, objective eye, never mind to people who have more than a layman's insight into biology and into the specific sport involved that particular trans athletes (want to) compete in. Why is it that we still rarely hear of trans-male athletes breaking records and dominating the competition, and it is always the trans-women who make the headlines with their performances, even given online media and the algorithm the answer is blatantly obvious if one ever actually bothers to listen to what e.g.: some trans-male athletes (who used to be women) have to say, about having to work many times as hard just to stay afloat among men. Meanwhile, we're not hearing about such experiences from trans-female athletes much, if at all, now do we. Certainly not anywhere near as frequently. And THAT should already be a sign of discrepancy where claims of research/treatment and fairness are concerned. The "simplest" solution would be to create a category exclusively for trans-athletes, and with a wide-brush, put them under that one umbrella, have them compete only against one another. HOWEVER, that would be ignoring that there are and will be differences among them, even after whatever treatment they've had that will lead to differences even between themselves, never mind if they had to compete against either one of the sexes they categorically want to be a part of that is opposite of what they were born as, and how they matured until or past puberty. Neil deGrasse Tyson keeps losing face and faith with people who used to listen to him when he tries so hard to defend the practice of transwomen being allowed into women's sports, by saying that the process should be subject to extensive testing and evaluation and all the necessary procedures and treatments should be done to make sure the competition is fair to everyone involved and YET...that's evidently not what is happening. Much like with some gender-clinics, there is a mad rush for inclusion, without much due process, and many medical professional are simply scared to say "Stop!" or to even just caution people, from fear of backlash, which only feeds into a false but comforting narrative. And it certainly doesn't inspire confidence when some of the proponents and activists claim they already have science on their side, while others argue it's still "new" and not complete, while there are others still who question why science should even be involved at all.
