Just stop with this Isak thing everyone. The guy is not leaving Newcastle
yes.
Ngl as a Chelsea fan, I don't think a goal keeper is even close to our biggest problems. Petrovich has been significant for us
Especially considering that Mamardashvili is really poor with his feet. I don't think that's the direction we should move in
Tell me you haven’t watched Chelsea for the past couple months without telling me. Petrovic is one of the worst goalkeepers for letting a shot beat him at the near post. He makes Onana look world class at it. He doesn’t command his area well during set pieces either. Petrovic is a solid back up keeper and that’s it. Maybe a loan move would do him some good if he wants more minutes. A new 1st team keeper is much needed this summer no question about it, especially with Kepa and potentially Sanchez soon to be out the door.
@@tylerkeates13 clearly you haven’t watched Chelsea mate, Petrovic is a great shot stopper and yes he does have flaws but that’s also not entirely his fault, he didn’t have a stable cb pairing infront of him this whole season which makes his job harder. He has saved us many times this season and also remember that he is very young too and will get more experience and get better, there’s no point sending him out on loan and us getting someone new in because we have bigger issues to deal with
@@fayaadhhoosen1083 He had a purple patch for sure where he played really well but he is definitely out of form as of late. Time and time again I am sick of anticipating a near post blunder from him. He can’t keep a clean sheet to save himself. I admit a lot of the goals conceded aren’t solely on him, but he has made many of the same errors constantly, especially as of late. So don’t you come at me saying I haven’t been watching Chelsea. Many Chelsea fans would agree with my statement and I am sure the board and Poch would also agree that at this level you can’t be done at your near post as often as he does, no matter how good you are at other facets of the game.
Valencia have been finishing mid table in la liga for consecutive seasons. I've heard a lot about the goalkeeper but if he was so good why has Valencia been so poor. I'd rather we sign a older keeper to rotate with petrovic. Honestly I'd love de gea. He can act as a mentor for petrovic and he's free. Albeit he hasn't played in a year

Isak will invite a move if a Champions League comes with enough money to cover their FFP troubles. If you think a manager will say that "yeah fancy selling him"/"He can go if he wants" about his star player, destroying morale and lowering his value? I have some magic beans to sell you. Unless its a Rice/Bellingham situation of them making it clear they're leaving, no manager or player will say yeah he'll/I'll defo go when a move or staying is fine either way.
Don’t forget his Arsenal bias, and his assumption every player should go to the gunners….

I’d be surprised if they’d even consider selling for less than £120m and they might want even more. Of course he has a price but I’d be surprised if Arsenal would pay it.

@@kurtmiller7040 Thats probably true for many players. Tho he would score just as much as Solanke easily.
These rumours about Isak and Bruno being sold are so stupid, Newcastle is a team pushing for Europe who have UNLIMITED FUNDS. Why would they sell to a direct rival in Arsenal? 😂 Pure big 6 bias at its greatest
Yeah they don't have unlimited funds, you can only spend relative to your overall revenue. You gotta win big to spend big.
@@bhvillaman4401Newcastles revenue has increased by around £100m in the last year with the £40m adidas deal coming in next year. FFP is a rolling 3 year cycle so what they spent in 21/22 can be spent again next year. They aren’t struggling and don’t need to sell their best players.
we don't have unlimited funds though come on, that's the most well known thing in football. I think we'll try and hold on to both this summer but out of the two, Bruno would be more likely to go - will Real/City go for the release clause though, not sure either need him and not for that much
@@dddgtsd We, do, we just can’t use them yet with FFP. We will essentially once we manage to sell a few players and improve our income to a big 6 level club. Then we will.
You can keep bruno we dont want him. Hes overrated and hes an asshole who commits reckless fouls and gets away with it most of the time. I hope for isaks sake that he goes to arsenal as he wont achieve anything at newcastle
Having Isak going to Arsenal is just stupid because there's absolutely zero chance on Earth it could possibly happen. You may as well say they should sign Mbappe because at least you know he's actually leaving PSG!
I know rivalries aside and all that, but i can't see us signing a player from Watford. I dont think they would want to sell us a player, and I can't see us going for him
Yeah absolutely not. If u want a real suggestion, we been linked to Mateusz Bogusz and Ben Sheaf.
I’m not even a Newcastle fan but people need to stop suggesting Isak goes to Arsenal, Newcastle are at the early stages of an huge project and Isak is arguably their most important piece at the moment - to sell him would only mean they’re regressing. You gotta be a little more realistic, I feel like Brentford would be way more willing to sell Toney and he’d be much cheaper with just a year left on his contract. His forms not been brilliant recently but we know he can be a fantastic proven premier league goal scorer, plus he’s one of the best pen takers in the league. I feel like with him there’s really nothing stopping Arsenal winning the league
Toney would not be a good signing for Arsenal, he's too slow and his form has fallen off

Ipswich-wise, we already have a promising young target man in Ali Al-Hamadi. Our main need imo is a dependable left-sided DM or dependable right-sided CB!

Wirtz will be fire, but i believe they said he will stay one more season in Leverkusen, they will look to sell defender as there is where they have the dept.
Yann Bisseck? give over there is no chance Eddie Howe is signing a character like that. You can't just look at stats and ability. Character must come into the fit
As a Burnley fan I wouldn’t say CB is where we should look to strengthen. We’ll have Dara O’Shea and Maxime Esteve as our main duo next season. LB or striker is where I’d say we should look at most. Mainly LB because we’ll have no one in that position come the summer
Arsenal should sign Benjamin Sesko. Not Isak. He wouldn't leave Newcastle, not yet anyway
In january 2021/2022 Arsenal turned down Bruno Guimaraes and Alexander Isak, they would have cost 80m then, now they are worth closer to 300m. We recieved 34 million for champions league money this season which only is paid over in June, we recieve 70+ per season for Addidas and Sela which only affects the new financial season, long story short, we will likely only trim the squad with some surplus but the only way bruno goes is a) if he agrees to go and b) a club can front 100m in one payment which no club really has the money to do, rice and ceicedo are paid off over 5 seasons. Isak will need to get a 120-150m bid to even talk
Villa have already signed a replacement RB, Kosta Nedeljkovic from Red Star. Will be joining us at the end of the season.
Hell be a backup most likely
for Nottigham, they absolutely need a right winger,Elanga is better on the left and they have no one to play on the right(played Dominguez who's a 6 there sometimes),so a guy like Lukebakio might be perfect for them.
Elanga has done plenty on the right this season… and CHO is the man at LW.
@@thefootballpunnedit still not his best position and even if he has great stats he struggles there, especially against mid/low blocks, the best thing to do is let him compete with Cho for the Lw position and get 2 right wingers,or at least 1,have to be the priority cause in the summer they will have only 2 wingers in the club with Reyna leaving
We need to upgrade at cb and cm as well as we'll have to sell one of our best players to comply with psr, and you always need to upgrade in those positions if you can, just to stay competitive. But I agree, right wing will also be a priority.
There is absolute no world, make belief or otherwise that Brighton ever get a player like Florentino.
Im not a newcastle fan, but the suggestion for them to get Yann Aurel Bisseck ive watched him play a handful of times, and he looks great
Watford won’t be happy with Luton signing their player 😅
Why is everyone not able to "Math" ? Isak cost Newcastle £65m roughly, as an unproven striker in the Prem! Real Sociedad will have a 15-20% Sell on clause so if Newcastle sold him for £100m they would get £80m then factoring in agent fees and sign on fees paid they would make maybe £10m profit? Ermmmm..... NO! It would have to be a MINIMUM of £150m for them to sell him and even then unlikely! Arsenal do not have £150m to spend with FFP so case closed!
Also the fact that Isak is probably the best player we have, he's happy here and if Newcastle needed money they'd be selling others before Isak.
Exactly we dont need to sell him so if you want him got to pay loads we took the risk they didn't was offered to arsenal first.
Genuinely feel the only way Newcastle would sell especially to PL rival would be breaking the world transfer record at £200m+
Florenino Luis was estimated at $100 million last season when he was linked with a move to liverpool. How is Brighton going to buy a player like that?
Because he only looked at the market value, but he forgot who's doing the selling. Benfica markup their players like crazy.
MAMARDA MENTIONED RAHH georgia foreverrr
Praying for some magic with Arne slot
For Chelsea I dont think a keeper is on the cards. Both Petrovic and Sanchez were signed just last summer and even though neither are fantastic I think at least Petrovic is absolutely fine. We are losing Silva and possibly Chalobah + Wesley Fofana is a hospital patient and not a footballer. Center back might be the most pressing issue, or if we end up being so daft we sell Gallagher then we are quite thin in midfield having Lavia, Enzo, Caicedo and Ugochuckwu among our "senior" players and Andrey Santos and Casadei who does not seem to be at the right level. With Lavia also being a hospital patient for us I think center mid might also be a good place to invest. Hard to say though as injuries and who we move on from is harder to tell with Chelsea than probably any other team.
In my opinion, we don’t need another keeper. Petrovic is solid. Love him
My god i would pay so much to see isak in an arsenal shirt
City dont need a KDB replacement because it is impossible to replace a player like KDB, like for like. Just like how City never really replace Aguero and David Silva, it is an impossible task to replace such Legendary player of that stature and ability. Instead City will change, as they always do when Legendary players leave. The correct answer for who City needed to sign is a 6/8 hybrid, someone who can play alongside Rodri in a double pivot, provide defensive output while also having great offensive output, who would rotate in attack with Rodri and can operate as a cdm without Rodri if Rodri needed rest. Probably Bruno G from Newcastle
Can always feel that disdain towards chelsea hahaha
There is nothing to be sorry about, Isak won't be going to Arsenal, for a start they could sell there club and still not afford him, Newcastle won't sell him however much you repeat yourselves it won't make it come true for you unfortunately.

I just don't see anyone buying Solanke this year due to the fact he's integral to the team and the way we want to play. He renewed his contract last season and is with us until June 2027. The only way we're letting him go is going to be for a pretty silly amount of money. Will Spurs want to pay upwards of £60m+ for Solanke? I just can't see it happening. This is all probably massive amounts of cope from me as I know we'd struggle to find a replacement for Dom.
Igor Thiago will replace Ivan Toney and Kevin Schade will definitively be playing down the left hand side at Brentford next season...
If Tottenham spends a ton on a striker it will set them back. They need midfield strength. They already have potentially amazing strikers in their youth team like Veliz and Scarlett.

I know the title is needs and not will get, but the Isak transfer rumour has far too much attention because hes not going anywhere this window. But its a subconscious big 6 thinking that make people believe itll just happen because Arsenal want him, but never take into account that newcastle arent just going to sell him or he wants to go. All from the Arsenal perspective only. Reiterate, James' video is need not gets Isak.

It's a myth that Newcastle need to sell a big player. It's players like Almiron and Wilson that will be sold. There's even reports that Isak has signed an improved deal. Also, do Arsenal have an unlimited budget? There's no way they can afford to spend £150m on a striker without breaking PSR. Lazy rumour.

I think United need to sign both Joao Neves and Hjulmand from Sporting if they need to fix their midfield. Centre Back is another position they need to invest in and at least 1 left footed and 1 right footed CB must be signed -Gonçalo Inácio from Sporting and Antonio Silva/ Todibo will be the perfect option. Rather than going for Olise sign Frimpong , he can be used as a right back and as a right winger and is less expensive than Olise.
I don't think it would be good to sign a 100M for the 8 position, when United have Mainoo there. Fimpong is also a completely different player to Olise. Olise is a playmaker and Frimpong is a dribbling winger.
@@lexxihd5843 Mainoo and Neves are versatile and can adapt to a 6/8/10 , having both of them will help to control the possession and United will be strong both defensively and offensively at the same time.
