(You'd use "ta gueule" to say "shut up", so it's like she's trying to say "I'm a mouth !" or "I'm a face !"). I was really nervous about it because I heard people are really not nice if you don't speak French well, so I decided, let me hop over to work out of our Montreal office so I can practice French before moving to France! So I transferred to Montreal for a year.................. I was working with 6 people on my team... 1 was from France, 4 were Quebecers, and one was Algerian. And the French class I was attending was taught by an Iranian. So by the end of the year, I had a total Frankenstein accent... Let's just say by the time I got to Paris... I wish I had just not learned anything at all. Quebec French and weird slang with a crazy accent totally made it harder for me. I had to unlearn so many things.

  • Man I just laughed so hard. Especially with the Scottish accent part 😂. I am French and I live in Scotland and now speak with a Scottish accent.

  • An English man who is talking French. Now, I'm an Italian, why am I listening it? And why am I reading subtitles, I don't know French😂😂😂

    @NickGecko@NickGecko4 жыл бұрын
    • You should ask for him to add captioning option, you can subtitle it in Italian! I'm reading subtitles too, I don't know French either... learning Hebrew though so I'm so used to watching Hebrew videos with English subtitles that it's a habit now.

    • @@screamtoasigh9984Ido, I just don't see what the problem is if you understand either french or english. Assuming you know english: When he speaks french you can read the subs, when he speaks english you can ignore the subs. Why caption in Italian at all?

      @Tinky1rs@Tinky1rs4 жыл бұрын
    • @@Tinky1rs ... Because some people may not know either of those languages and captioning makes the video even more accessible?

  • I really think you should try and do a stand up show in London, between the huge amount of french people living in London and the English people who speak French and love France they’d be a decent market for that.
