Projector: I own both of these projectors. I first owned the Pico and purchased the Bluetooth as an upgrade. If budget is a concern, the Pico gets the job done (just make sure that you're plugging it in correctly!). Otherwise, I recommend the Bluetooth - it has a better/brighter image and connects via Bluetooth.

I made Christmas cookies last week. I hadn't made sugar cookies before but love watching your videos so thought I'd give it a go. We don't really have them in the UK but they were so easy to make and taste pretty good too. Your decorations are always amazing, you have a real talent!

So beautiful, thank you for sharing your expertise!!! Also, question: when you have a wide open area of icing you are about to flood, you sometimes add a line in the middle before you flood. What decides whether you do the line or not, and what does the line help with? Thanks so much ❤️
I have seen her answer this in other videos so I will try to repeat. In many of her older vids she did this to try to prevent the icing sort of “caving in” as it dries. If you flood a big area with icing that is too thin, the surface will collapse inward and leave a sort of hollow. She has said she prefers to use a thicker flood, these days, instead of this.

Question...at times it looked like you were using just flooding consistency and not piping at all. Certainly many of the designs had to be piped first, right? Maybe it was just in the editing. Beautiful work!
