Even though a lot of the song was already played for the audience, Kyle willingly took it on and lead fantastically! Nicole expressed herself so freely while dancing which made it so fun. They both did a wonderful job!!
Clearly outside the leads strength/personality, but he displays an amazing example of how to let the follow take the lead! She was a queen in this dance and it's so informative how took the back seat and let her take the show!

Kyle is an amazing leader.
That solo was extraordinary! If Nicole's energy and enthusiasm could be harnessed, it would power a large town! And that's not counting the joy she exudes.

His is really good dancer for her. This was hard task to balance such a high energy, but he did it. Bravo.
Ex latin dance competitor here, no knowledge of the WCS world but I just loved this. Kyle looks super uncomfortable, not sure what he is going to do and then is an absolute boss lead, and Nicole, wow, what a great dancer. I've watched this over and over and I'm yet to stop smiling
From what I've been told, a lot of swing dance moves can be done in Latin dance and vice versa, they both have the same historical origin and work in similar ways

One of the best spontaneous outbreaks of dancing ...how delightful! Kyle was just as charming being in-step the whole tune.

Welcome to the WCS dancing fan club. I often binge on West Coast Swing dancing videos. You should check out Maxime and Torri Smith-Zzaoui. They are both versatile, but when they dance together, they tend to use "old school" music, but the dance, while fitting for the music, is a more modern take, and they use some Shag moves as well.
Nicole ATE that UP!! I couldn't stop smiling. This was magic on the dance floor and Kyle is just amazing!! He can partner and catch a beat better than almost anyone. Thanks for that joy.

Budafest is the largest West Coast Swing Festival in January in Budapest Hungary
@@WCS Budafest.. largest? Maybe for Europe, but I would argue that the US Open in California is the largest. Is Budafest larger than Westie on the Prominade? Oh, and for @RachelRamey, it seems that in Europe they call them Festivals, but in the U.S., we call them Events.
