Infinity ward already announced that they won’t be changing the story/gameplay of the game just to be politically correct
I always thought why not IW always make modern games, treyarch always make past games, and sledgehammer always make future games??? Then we’d have a different cod every single year keeping everyone happy and the studios could all work on what they make the best of.

Scott Strain that’d be great but now it’s only Treyarch and IW only making COD games since sledgehammer was absorbed into Treyarch back in May.
This is actually not a bad idea. Keeps each game fresh, and lets each dev make a game they’re actually good at. For past cod games, no one can ever argue against cod WaW and bo1 from treyarch. For modern cods, the modern warfare series from infinity ward has beat everything else by a long shot. And for future cods, i think AW was probably one of the best, if not the best, futuristic cods, despite its gimmicks and issues. But as SHG’s first cod, those were expected

Me personally, I do not mind some crazy gun camos/variants/mastercrafts/reactive camos. Almost every camo has been done, and they need to keep something fresh. WW2 had so much potential with some BEAUTIFUL guns, BUT, you needed to have the mark II version of the weapon for it to be shiny silver/gold etc. That sucked. Buffed MWR camos is what they should aim at
