The plaintiff says the defendant, her former friend and roommate, owes her for unpaid rent, so she is suing. The defendant claims the plaintiff tried moving her boyfriend into their apartment and that’s when the trouble started. The defendant insists the plaintiff actually owes her money, and she is countersuing for the cost of a car and slander.

    • The problem it shouldn’t be left with the grand mother just so she can hang with her friend in the car, and put what she should be doing as a responsible mom on her mother to do so she can stay in the car with a friend she only knew for a month. You don’t see nothing wrong with that? Not only did she stay for one night in the car leaving her son, but a whole month, wow😮

    • This is fax in 2021.I decided to live on my college campus for the first time I want it to just you know, did my toe in the water to see how it was living on campus and because I was a junior at the time and this is during Covid oh, so I lived in a dorm where we had our own room. The only thing was we share the bathroom the common area in the kitchen area so the first part of this semester you know I got with my roommate and I told her I’m like OK we can split the area of the fridge and you know since you’re not here most of the time I’ll just take the freezer and if you need something to be put in the freezer, you know I’ll gladly move my stuff the freezer was Small and really oh we could not cook in our dorm on the stove top. It didn’t work so we didn’t really bother most of the time. If my mom came from High Point, she would take me shopping and I would get like you know pre-cooked meals that I can just microwave that will put it in the freezer And we talked about this before you know we officially moved in and so she would bring tons of dudes in the dorm we were not allowed to have people over because of Covid and I explain to her you know that my immune system was compromised and I could easily get sick. She would bring dudes over all the time she would have her boyfriend stay over she will be extremely loud And she would pack the fridge raider to the rim to the point where I was not able to put my food in refrigerator that I got from the cafeteria or from like subway because we had subway across the street so I was not able to put none of my leftover food in the fridge raider where it was hard She was extremely dirty and I finally told her I’m like look you’re doing too much and you’re you know you’re not being cool you’re you’re taking up all the space in refrigerator and you spilled some spoiled cheese and juice in the fridge raider and you didn’t clean it up She got really really disgusting after that she started dirtying out the bathroom more often. She unplugged the microwave so I couldn’t use it so I ended up spending the last bit of money I had from my school refund. I went to Walmart got me my own microwave and I was like you know what forget you is so like living with a roommate is horrible

The fact that she moved in with the defendant but moved in her boyfriend instead of her child told me everything I needed to know about her character. They leave their kids home alone, smoke weed in the car with the kids, the daddy hitting the momma, no food in the house, they’re slapping the kids in the face, but when they were good in the friendship apparently none of that mattered.

    • True when there's no tangible evidence to prove or disprove their claim. In this case the plaintiff at 10:15 admitted that her sister made the call based on a conversation they had. This Judge ruled the plainitff obviously used DYFUS for revenge. It's all on tape and there's no doubt this Judge sent it to DYFUS and the legal consequence depends on the severity. In this case it's not a false child abuse report but it's a child "neglect" report and that's a fineable offense and/or goes on the plaintiffs record. She has a kid too.
