Michael McIntyre's Big Show builds a life size plane on stage to surprise pilot Stuart and fufill his dream of performing on a West End Stage in the Unexpected Star of The Show. Stuart performs The Impossible Dream by Andy Williams.
Each week, Michael pranks an unsuspecting member of the public into appearing on stage and becoming the star of the show, signing off the show by singing to the enormous audience packed into Theatre Royal.
Michael McIntyre’s Big Show returns for the biggest series to date.
Filmed in front of a live audience at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane, the show is packed with celebrity guests, musical performances, stand-up comedy and surprises.

For sure she’s an actor, but we seen other comedic actors do jokes while laughing cuz it’s hard to hold when filming. To do it live, this woman is awesome.

  • I had the privilege of having Stu sing at my wedding! Met him a few times and is such a great person, hes friends with my dad who is the other pilot that helped set him up (on Stu's left). So great to see him light up the stage and I hope this gets him noticed for a deal as its been a long time coming! Well done Stu :)

    • Neil this song reminds me of oz and losing my child when I was 34. I remember watching touched by an angel and spirit spoke to me through Luther van dross saying never give up! Sometimes you have to go through hell to achieve your dream of having a child! Having fought since 1997 when I started investigations into my infertility problems in east grinstead Spirit said to me if my child would have survived he would have been disabled This song got me through a really tough time xx 😚

  • The camera operator that followed Michael into the plane was AMAZING! So many tiny details and adjustments they did that was really quick and impressive, and how they normalized the frame after he exited was just the dot over the i.

    • I think he was plenty shook up, he just wasn't displaying the usual signs that most of us would. A couple of things I noticed is he was standing as stiff as a board, and as far as vocals go I heard him attempt to put some vibrato in the longer notes and nearly had it, but it's incredibly difficult to do when you're that nervous!
