  • Spurs fan, I would like Topic, Cody Williams, Stephon, or MAYBE Matas. We will likely have the Spurs Thunder rivalry renewed so it would be cool to have a brother vs brother element on top of the alien vs unicorn element that already exists.

  • Absolutely agree with Topic for the spurs, I feel he has the upside to be the best player in this draft and it is the most glaring positional need for the team. The passing is crazy good and would match perfectly with Wemby and I believe the shooting is something that can improve over time. The injury to Topic this year may lead to other teams underrating him so I hope he falls to the spurs

And surely that would narrow it down to Rissacher ( my no'1 player on board ) for the 3&d upside. Or Castle for his instinctive D and scoring potential, similar to Suggs at Orlando?

  • When it comes to the pick for the spurs, I’m thinking we need a PG just to get better looks in our the half court offense. I like Topic. His passing, pick and roll play and size are all a plus and something we need from a PG coming in. But I really like Castle. I think he can move to the PG spot and his defense would justify us picking him at any spot for me. But that’s me of course but he’s a winner and that says something. To me. lol but it’s also depends on what they want to do in the offseason. 🤷🏽‍♂️ but this pick will definitely be a big apart of our future.

I think the Spurs really want a taller athletic Point not just because of the experiment with Sochan, but also last year the Spurs were looking hard at the Thompson twins. I think if the Spurs had the second or third pick last year they take Amen. Heck, if he had fallen further down the board I think they may have gone after him instead of standing pat.

  • With Robert Williams and Ayton there I don’t see Sarr getting picked Sar would need a jump shot if I’m Portland I’m trading back 2.Interesting Pick Holland has star potential just a janky jump shot but 3 years from now he could be a 20 point scorer. 3-he’s a tough player to mock I personally don’t think he’s a top 10 talent and I feel his talent won’t rise to the crop with Thompson, Eason and whitmore being the young wings on the team. A top 3 pick that’s likely a role player just isn’t that smart 4 Topic yes get a European guard to waste his career being the “get the ball to Wemby guy” I hated the mocks of rob Dillingham because rob would go crazy in SA rob is a superstar talent so a spurs pick would severely hamper his growth. 5. Cody is a nice pick for them… catch and shoot and slash give a couple ISO’s 6. Yesss Rob to the wizards or charlotte is what I am hoping for he’s a star and would be a steal at 6! 7 Gordon Hayward replacement? Not a bad pick for positional flexibility…. Going to be interesting to see what happens with the miles bridges pending FA 8 Lock in Donnnie for wherever the grizzlies fall to in the draft he will be their guy 9 solid pick I hope Utah has some guards in free agency I would have preferred him in Atlanta or Chicago 10 he’s their huerter replacement… his passing is very good handle is average and shooting is excellent not a bad pick here tbh… he’s a 7-12 talent 11 bulls need a PF so it’s not a horrible pick but I would hope they get a SF to help or even replace derozan but he can shoot defend and score so maybe he’d be a great pick for them 12 he’ll be what they hope Gordon Hayward would do for them this year lol 13 kel’el is a good pick for them idk though I may have drafted a SG/SF .. also malik monk might be out of there

  • Topic definitely has a skill set that could fit the Spurs. I truly believe the PG we need in order to be dominant is a PG who is athletic and defensive, with the ability to distribute, score, and prioritize Wembys strengths... Topic fits some of those, but not all... He seems to be more slow and methodical. I envision athletic and explosive. These types of experienced guards are available like Malik Monk, Dejounte Murray, Tyrese Maxey, and Trae Young. I feel Topic is a project.. I wish these mock drafts would stop linking Topic to the Spurs when they are clearly seeking other avenues to acquire a PG. The Spurs really need a 3 and D wing like Bulzelus and Rissachare to help with spacing on the court. In order for The Spurs to compete NOW... I feel an experienced PG, and the addition of a talented 3 and D wing will help them compete.

I think you're grossly underestimating this teams potential. I stand by my opinion. And you admit as much if I were wrong. When Pop finally let the pups play. They competed and surprised themselves. That is a result of discipline, hardworking and good coaching. They gave all of the top teams a battle in the second half of the season. Another 3 and D wing and a couple of veterans on the bench to add firepower. This team is right there... If they don't the I'll be man enough to admit that.. LOL... • How that view about the Mavs trade turning out

    @scottcloud6284@scottcloud628415 күн бұрын
    • Pretty accurate evaluation by me given the fact they have struggled to beat an old Clippers team predominantly without Kawhi Leonard despite having a generational talent in Luka Doncic. If you are grading the Mavs moves by earning the 5 seed and making it out of the first round, then you don’t have the right goal in mind with Doncic on your roster

  • Zach Edey on the Knicks makes absolutely zero sense! 😂 Hartenstein is staying with the Knicks because it's where he wants to be. Ryan Dunn is a very good developmental pick for the Knicks though. Tristan Dasilva and Ryan Dunn are picks for me but they will most likely end up only picking one player in the 1st and then stashing whoever is selected in the 2nd round if that pick is made at all.

Do you think the Sixers are nuts to let Maxey go after he dropped 48 on the Knicks in Game 5. You guys are just delusional. We may be soft, but we won 41 games. But at the end of the day yes, you guys had a great game on us and you guys did have a better season than us but your team is in the same spot ours is and that’s watching the playoffs and not playing in them. But I bet you feel good about the rockets next season and that’s great but wait till you see us.
