my grandma had a stroke when i was a young kid. my whole life i remember her hand being locked in a fist at her chest. she'd always use her other hand to stretch it out. 😢 i bet something like this would have really helped her.

- Almost immediate exercising of the hand is necessary for recovery- squeezing a therapy ball and exercising helped my Mom. No issues with the hand. Hospital sent therapist two months later and we said too late, we are ok.

- Lol they used an awful example for this. I imagine they would use it on a conscious patient who requires a person to stand there and continuously move their hand for therapy. This removes the need to have another person or hand do the work. They just make it look like they are using it on an unconscious person/child that can’t speak.

- He is not opening his hand either. The robotic device is forcing his hand to get opened. To seem and to be are two different things. One thing is the perception of reality and another thing is reality itself. So don't you believe that he himself is moving his own hand , because he's not. If he himself would be opening his own hand , he wouldn't need a device to force his hand to get opened. Wake up !

But that isn't what is happening. - @@DriftingStudent, understand that every time somebody uses a robotic device things get worse because he is not using his own nerves. That means his nerves are not working properly and with no chance to get them repaired again. Every time. You don't use for example a muscle your brain thinks you do not need that muscle anymore and it becomes atrophied. So a robotic device is not the answer. The answer would be to treat the atrophied nerves and try to get them repaired again , but robotics company don't want us to go back to normal , but the opposite , because they know the more we use robotic devices the less we are going to go back to being healthy again.

I thought about something like this like 20 or 30 years ago. Why I'm not an inventor I don't know. I have so many ideas and I'll see them being put on TV and an advertisements and now on tiktok it's incredible. Just goes to show you if you have an idea stick with it cuz eventually somebody's going to get it
