BRILLIANT SHOW That Etihad touchdown appeared to be completely flat, almost nose first 😮The flare was lost after first contact, wow. Love their livery, can't wait for the 380 to return 😍👌🏾

Oh wow, you can hear the winds... 2nd plane ends up a go around. Was pretty intense landing at 57:00 with the KLM, same with the BA at 1:02:00 , beautiful landing for Emirates! . And those poor peeps on the Etihad at 1:41 , an ouch! lol .. Take care up there guys

Its a shame that more than two hours of aircraft arrived at LHR without a single 747 making an appearance. Not too long ago, every other aircraft would have been a seven four!

I notice several types with more pronounced exhaust emitted from their starboard engines on their approach to LHR. Is that an optical effect or is more power being applied to that engine in counteracting the left to right crosswind?

I was on the plane from Budapest. It was already late because it started at Heathrow in the morning and the weather wasn't better earlier. The landing was definitely shaky from the inside and this was my third flight in my life so you can imagine. But the old lady next to me was more worried ... about her connection. But it turned out her connecting flight was also delayed.

BA Pilots landings were so impressive, they really get their bums planted down! felt bad for the guy who rejected his landing but fair play
As there is nearly always wind or bad weather in wonderful England i can assure you that B A pilots understand their job. Hell yeah. British pilots are among the very best.
