The sound of rain helps you sleep deeply if you listen to it before you go to sleep.
I keep making it for people who suffer from insomnia.
In addition, it is good to use it when you need to sleep newborns, relieve insomnia in your 50s and 60s, relieve insomnia in middle-aged adults, relieve insomnia in menopause, meditation, concentration on studying, deep sleep, PTSD, and deep sleep.

  • When I was a child, whenever it rained my mum would wake my brother, sister and me up (my dad worked night),turn off all the lights and turn the sofa to face the windows. We would all sit there with hot chocolate and listen to the storm while waiting to see the lightning, we lived on a hill and could see for miles. We all grew up to absolutely love thunderstorms and do similar things with our children. I found out recently that my mum hated them and was terrified but by waking us up and pretending she loved them she found she could cope.

  • Haven't find anyone who doesn't love rain sounds... it's therapeutic to heal the mind and fully relax. We live in such stressful societies that don't give value to stillness nor inner peace. Doing things slowly and enjoying the moment is necessary to feel fulfilled with the small actions of the day.

  • Don't listen to this while driving... I did so, and I fell asleep and then wound up at the bottom of a deep ravine... That was about 2 months ago now, and no one still has yet to find me! I had to eat my 2 children, and my dog, to stay alive; and have had to use their old clothes as toilet paper. It's getting "ruff" down here!! I miss that dog...😢.

  • I’m stressful during this semester and can’t sleep well I was almost sleeping 2 hours a day and some days I didn’t even get chance to rest my eyes but this was really helping me to get some rest and relaxing my mind, thank you❤

  • Обожаю дождь ведь такого звука нигде и никогда не услышишь переливание колоколов только водой и там более эта мощь воды благодатная для природы я только боюсь молнию с грозой а дождик это моя ванна я под ним могу стоять сколько хочешь и без зонта пусть с тебя стекает вся нечисть дождь это благодать божья
