You should make that blank space a chill room where they all just come hang if they don't wanna be in they room or have a couple friends over for a smoke sesh
and on the balcony you could add the bubbler/hookah type of thing for outside hangouts

Since Amaya is spiritual and everything, you should like put different wellness things (yoga, meditation, sage, diffuser, plants, etc) on the balcony and she already uses the telescope so it just fits
I can’t begin to express how much I love this! I’ve been looking for a simmer who has more backstory to their sims and who isn’t strictly playing w white households. I’m so looking forward to this series!!💕💕

The blank room could be like an activities room with a ping pong table, darts and a mini kitchen or turn it into a small home spa with massage tables, chairs, and even a sauna if there’s enough space ;p

I definitely think you should make the balcony a cool hang-out spot. Some nice chairs, maybe a small dance floor. Like a tiny teen club lol. Also, you can make that open space into like a mini virgin bar. Like a small lounge area. For whenever, company or friends come over.

I think you should remove the tv from the living room and decorate it really nice like one of those living room that’s really just for show , & the space upstairs should be another living room for the teens with a tv and mini fridge and stuff . Then for the balcony a nice seating area , a little basketball hoop for Xavier .

If you have the mod to add more students from that one creator, I forgot their name but you have to add a second lunch counter so two lunch workers come. There’s a package file with the mod to add a second lunch person. That’s the only way it’ll work.

What I did was using MCCC to copy paste my premade teen sims to literally all maxis teen sims in game so I don't have to see any maxis hanging around my sims at school lol
